Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the reservation total if cancelled 30-15 days before arrival, and the total price will be charged for cancellations made within 14 days of reservation start.
No-show Policy: If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
Refunds: credit card fees (3%) will be charged for refunds.
Cottage Rules
Prepayment; The guest will be charged a prepayment of a partial or the total price anytime.
Internet; WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Children cannot be accommodated at the cottage. .
Parking; Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets; Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for damage.
Damage Deposit: $500
No parties or events
If more than 2 visitors are invited (such as pre-wedding preparation), please notify us of your plans. If not, there may be an additional charge.
Check in time is 3 PM - 12 AM
Check Out time is 11 AM
Additional rules
Absolutely NO SMOKING. No smoking inside and out the cottage and no pets, please.
Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush paper towels, feminine products, or wipes.
No cooking beyond the use of the provide toaster and microwave ovens.
